About IntellicoServices
Operational Architecture
for the C-Level
Most companies today operate with "data obesity" and "operational paralysis".
After years designing strategies in environments like Accenture and BBVA, I identified a structural flaw in traditional consulting: they sell reports, PowerPoints and "digital solutions" that don't speak the language of business. Companies accumulate data in silos (ERP, CRM, Excel), but the management committee still makes decisions by intuition or with reports that arrive 48 hours late.
IntellicoServices is not a conventional consultancy. We are an engineering and operational architecture company.
Our thesis
The Living Ontology
We don't believe in digitalisation for aesthetics. We believe in Real Control.
We have developed a Decision Operating System based on what we call a Living Ontology. Unlike a static dashboard — which is an autopsy of what happened yesterday — our technology connects physical assets, contracts and logistics in a cause-and-effect relationship model.
If a supplier fails,
the system doesn't just send an alert; it calculates the impact on your cash flow and prepares the execution route.
If an operational variable changes,
the profit margin is recalculated in seconds, not at the end of the quarter.
Differentiator
Why we are different
We're not advisors, we're builders
While traditional consultancies send Project Managers to run meetings, we deploy engineers to configure your operational architecture in weeks, not years.
Intellectual Property
We don't deliver a PDF. We deliver a living model that reasons about your company and integrates deeply with your key team.
Palantir-style Agility
We apply defence-level analytical power to Spanish SMEs and mid-sized companies, giving them a competitive advantage previously only available to IBEX 35 corporations.
